Business knowledge / company control

One connected understanding of your business.

Objects and relationships

Teams, customers, suppliers, buildings and agreements become connected objects. ThinkPort maps who works with whom, what depends on what, and which commitments apply.

  • People linked to teams, roles and responsibilities
  • Suppliers linked to sites, agreements and commitments
  • Decisions grounded in source-linked knowledge

Rules and responsibilities

Every object and relationship stays under company permissions. Your teams and AI agents receive the context their role allows, not unrestricted access to the business.

  • Access follows company roles and approved scopes
  • Sensitive context remains restricted
  • Changing AI tools does not change permissions

Your company intelligence lives in your private environment. Only authorised context reaches your teams’ AI tools and agents.

Source-linked / not a black box

Follow a fact back to where it began.

A confident answer is not enough. Knowing where a fact came from helps a team check the context, revisit a decision and understand what it relies on.

When a role changes hands

A handover, not a reset.

When someone changes roles or leaves, the company retains the commitments, relationships and decisions needed to continue the work.

01 / CONTINUITY

The work stays

Company-owned account notes, agreements and approved decisions remain in the business World Model, under company permissions.

02 / CONTINUITY

Permissions adapt

Access is reviewed when responsibilities change. Former role access is revoked, and the next person receives only the context their new role permits.

03 / CONTINUITY

The next person picks up

The successor receives the role's permitted context. They can understand the work that came before without inheriting someone else's private information.

Independent of the model

Change the AI.
Keep the company context.

The memory lives in your private environment, not inside a model provider's product. Switch AI tools without giving up your sources, knowledge or policies.

A closer look

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Is the Business World Model just a collection of isolated data?

No. The model represents business objects and their relationships: a supplier attached to an agreement, a decision linked to a commitment, or a role connected to its responsibilities. Facts retain a link to their original sources.

Does model independence mean everyone sees everything?

No. Sources, relationships and facts remain subject to company permissions. Changing AI providers does not change who is entitled to receive business context.

What happens when source information changes?

The source trail gives reviewers a place to check the underlying record. Updating the connected source and reviewing dependent facts is part of keeping business knowledge current; a model's answer should not replace that review.

Where does the knowledge live?

In your private data bucket with dedicated processing. Choose ThinkPort-provided dedicated infrastructure or your own machine and GPU. The knowledge layer stays separate from the external AI tools that ask questions.

Your company / your terms

Give your next AI the context of your company.

Start with a real source and a real business question. See how knowledge stays yours as the tools around it change.
