ThinkPort / Knowledge

Your knowledge.
Not your model's
memory.

The decisions, relationships and context that make your business yours belong in your environment. ThinkPort connects that knowledge to any AI, without handing over ownership.

01Facts linked to their sources

02Company and personal ownership

03Continuity across tools and roles

Two wallets / clear boundaries

Not all knowledge belongs to the company.

The company wallet

Contracts, suppliers, playbooks and decisions become shared business knowledge. Access follows the role and your company policy, not whichever AI happens to be in use.

  • Company-controlled sources and permissions
  • Context stays with the business when roles change
  • Successors can pick up the work, not start from zero

The personal wallet

An employee's personal knowledge belongs to them. Their wallet stays separate from company records and goes with them when they leave.

  • Personal ownership, distinct from role knowledge
  • Personal policy alongside company policy
  • The stricter policy determines what can be shared

A personal wallet is not a way to take company files. Company knowledge remains governed by company permissions.

Business World Model

Your company, connected to itself.

People, documents, partners, assets and decisions become connected objects. Facts stay linked to their sources, giving AI a picture of your business rather than an isolated folder of files.

Every fact → its source

Source-linked / not a black box

Follow a fact back to where it began.

A confident answer is not enough. Knowing where a fact came from helps a team check the context, revisit a decision and understand what it relies on.

Renewal depends on Oslo onboarding

The customer linked renewal to onboarding their Oslo team before Q1.

Customer → commitment → renewal decision

Permission to use a fact does not grant access to its complete source.

When a role changes hands

A handover, not a reset.

Someone leaves. The company still needs to remember the commitments, documents and decisions of their role. That continuity should not require keeping their personal knowledge.

01 / CONTINUITY

The work stays

Company-owned account notes, agreements and approved decisions remain in the company wallet, under company permissions.

02 / CONTINUITY

The person keeps theirs

The personal wallet leaves with its owner. Personal information does not become a corporate knowledge asset simply because a role changed.

03 / CONTINUITY

The next person picks up

The successor receives the role's permitted context. They can understand the work that came before without inheriting someone else's private information.

Independent of the model

Change the AI.
Keep the company context.

The memory lives in your private environment, not inside a model provider's product. Switch AI tools without giving up your sources, knowledge or policies.

A closer look

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Is the Business World Model just a folder of documents?

No. The model represents business objects and their relationships: a supplier attached to an agreement, a decision linked to a commitment, or a role connected to its responsibilities. Facts retain a link to their original sources.

Does model independence mean everyone sees everything?

No. Sources, relationships and facts are still subject to permissions. Changing the AI provider does not change who is entitled to receive company or personal context.

What happens when source information changes?

The source trail gives reviewers a place to check the underlying record. Updating the connected source and reviewing dependent facts is part of keeping business knowledge current; a model's answer should not replace that review.

Where does the knowledge live?

In your private data bucket with dedicated processing. Choose ThinkPort-provided dedicated infrastructure or your own machine and GPU. The knowledge layer stays separate from the external AI tools that ask questions.

Your company / your terms

Give your next AI the context of your company.

Start with a real source and a real business question. See how knowledge stays yours as the tools around it change.
